Packing & Storage

Packing	Ammonium Polyphosphate (APP-1) is packaged in thickened plastic woven bags for general grade, with polyethylene film bags inside. The bag mouth is tied with nylon rope and then heat-sealed; high-end flame retardant grade is in stainless steel barrels, the barrel is polished and rust-free, the lid is equipped with silicone gaskets, and it is tightened and sealed with lead to prevent moisture and impurities from invading.
Storage	Store Ammonium Polyphosphate (APP-1) in a dry warehouse, place it on a wooden rack one foot above the ground, away from open flames and strong alkalis, and stack plastic woven bags no more than four layers. Stainless steel barrels are stored separately. Ventilation fans are installed in the warehouse to prevent caking and deterioration.
Shipping	Ammonium Polyphosphate (APP-1) is transported in boxcars or vans. Bags must be fixed in place to prevent sliding, and barrels must be padded with rubber sheets to prevent shock. In rainy weather, double-layer tarpaulins are added to cover. Handle gently when unloading. If the package is damaged, seal and transfer immediately to prevent Ammonium Polyphosphate (APP-1) from getting wet.
