Packing & Storage

Packing	Flame Retardant Masterbatch for XPS is usually packed in multi-layer composite paper bags or moisture-proof plastic bags, with each bag weighing 25kg or 50kg.
Storage	It should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, away from fire, heat sources and strong oxidants. The storage environment temperature should be controlled at 5 - 35℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 70%. The product should be kept away from the ground and walls to avoid direct contact with the humid environment, and different batches of products should be stored separately, first in first out, and the shelf life is usually 12 months.
Shipping	During transportation, it should be prevented from exposure to the sun, rain and violent collision, and it should not be mixed with flammable and explosive items and corrosive substances. The transport vehicle should be kept clean and dry, and it should be handled with care during loading and unloading to avoid damage to the packaging. Relevant traffic regulations should be observed during transportation to ensure transportation safety.
